Resevoir in Srengseng Urban Forest Dredged

West Jakarta Water Resources Sub-Dept. started to dredge reservoir which located in Srengseng Urban Forest area, on Jl. Haji Kelik, Srengseng, Kembangan, Wednesday (5/3).
Reservoir's depth will be added to three meters
West Jakarta Sub-dept. Head, Imron said, dredging is run to prevent inundation in urban forest area because currently the reservoir become shallow due to mud.
"Today we started to work on it. One unit of heavy equipment is also already deployed. Reservoir's depth will be added to three meters," he said, Wednesday (5/3).
Permata Hijau Connecting Channel DredgedHe added, that one hectare reservoir is dredged using four heavy equipments. It is targeted dredging process will be finished in the middle of June.
"Today just one heavy equipment is deployed. There will be additional three heavy equipments tonight. It is targeted to be finished in 40 days," he closed.
